Why I Recommend Michael Teymouri I contacted Michael last fall when my family decided to purchase a home. Because we had not determined key requirements, such as budget and proximity to work, Michael asked many questions about our lifestyle to help him target the right locations for us. I was immediately impressed by his extensive knowledge of Bay Area real estate and his interest in helping us find, not just any home, but the right home for our family. 1. Michael was responsive to our communication and considerate of our time.
He promptly returned calls and emails no matter how "trivial" our questions might have been. If he had other business to attend to, he let us know and told us when he would be available. He regularly sent us properties to review before scheduling tours, and if we happened across a property while driving around, he would meet us or schedule time. Michael also ensured that our time together was productive by scheduling several home tours in the same area and bringing all the relevant data for those houses, for example.

2. Michael vision helped us realize a property's potential.
Extensive experience in the real estate industry enables Michael to see beyond how a house looks. At every property we visited, Michael was able to answer all our questions and provide us additional information to help us make informed decisions. For example, we liked the location of one home, but the home layout was not well suited for our family. Michael made several suggestions about how we could easily make improvements and approximate costs for doing so, as well as informing us about how those improvements would affect the home's future value.

3. Michael provides excellent post-sales support.
Our communication with Michael was not over when escrow closed. In fact, he is in touch with us regularly—always with the goal of ensuring that all open issues are resolved. Moreover, it is because of the great relationships he has built in the industry that we have been able to get issues resolved correctly and expediently, which is not easy these days. As an example, our home needed to be fumigated, and Michael made arrangements to get the job done on the day we took possession of our home. Also, while were doing a final inspection of our home, he suggested that we get the locks re-keyed. Next thing you know, a was locksmith onsite and doing the job before we even finished the walkthrough. Now that's terrific service!

My wife and I started our journey to buy the first home in mid summer 2021. At that time we were so confused on where and how big we can go for with our budget.
We decided to look for a home at the pick time of the BIDDING WARs so we decided to spend some time to interview several agents to see who has enough knowledge on the area, technical issues, and more importantly help us to go for a reasonable bid.
