Meet Michael Teymouri
Michael is passionate about real estate. He has earned the trust of his clients based on his professionalism and the personal responsibility he bears to ensure he exceeds every client’s expectation. This explains why over 85% of Michael real-estate business initiated from a client referral. Exceeding client expectations with exemplary service and knowledge is his goal. Michael believes in the power of a team and thus has created a core group of dedicated and service oriented professionals to serve his client’s every need. He is extensively networked in the Bay Area, creating an invaluable resource for sellers and buyers alike.
Michael is a professional real estate agent for over two decades, a Cal State University alum and bilingual, fluent in 5 languages. He serves a wide range of clients ranging from first-time homebuyers to real-estate investors. He believes his dedicated service, friendly demeanor and personalized attention to his clients is what differentiates him as a real estate professional. In April of 2003, he was certified SRES – Seniors Real Estate Specialist. This added specialization enables Michaels to effectively address the unique needs of maturing clients and help them to take positive action towards estate and financial planning.
Prior to his engagement with Keller Williams, Michael has also been active in the Silicon Valley investment community via his advisory roles with key technology firms and investors. Michael also ensures to be up-to-date with the latest market trends, regulations and properties in order to ensure the best service to his clients by being a member of the Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS® (SILVAR), California Association of REALTORS® (CAR) and National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
Michael believes in giving back to his community by volunteering at local schools and various youth organizations. He ensures a portion of each commission earned is donated to a charitable fund of his client’s choice. In 2005, he became a major supporter of the Mountain View Educational Foundation (MVEF). And proud donor to American Heart Association, American Breast Cancer Foundation & Packard Children’s Hospital.
